Ultimate pit stop
We redesigned the 2025 Strix SCAR 16 to make upgrades easy. A tool-free design allows for easy access to RAM, SSDs, and fans, and the slots feature a Q-latch system for quick SSD release. SSDs and RAM can be removed and replaced in seconds, and the special frame covers the motherboard and protects the components — but is easily removable for users who want to delve deeper.
Re-cooling and re-calculating
We've completely overhauled the 2025's cooling solution with precise calculations to ensure the best gaming experience. We've repositioned all exhaust vents to the rear of the chassis to divert hot air away from your mousepad. The sides and bottom act as air intakes, and natural airflow also passes through the keyboard surface to cool your hands during intense gaming. Combining an edge-to-edge vapor chamber, integrated heatsink, Tri-Fan technology, and Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal on the CPU and GPU, the SCAR 16 achieves lower noise levels in Turbo mode than the previous generation, while still delivering Strix SCAR-level performance.
ROG Nebula HDR
The ROG Nebula HDR display with Mini LED technology features over 2000 image zones, peak brightness of up to 1200 nits, and vibrant colors thanks to 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space. The 2025 model has also been upgraded with a new dual ACR layer that reduces reflections and improves contrast by 4.5x for exceptionally vivid colors. Together with the ASUS Nebula HDR Engine, the display ensures that games and movies are presented in their full inspiration.
