Creality CFS-C Filament System for K1 Series Printers
Upgrade compatible Creality K1 series 3D printers with the CFS-C filament system, designed to automate filament handling and support colour printing. With four filament slots, RFID recognition for compatible Creality spools and built-in monitoring sensors, the system helps streamline print preparation and reduce the need for manual intervention.
Automated Filament Handling
The CFS-C can detect filament runout or tangles and pause printing when it identifies an issue. During multi-colour printing, if a spool runs out, the system can automatically switch to another spool with the same colour and material, or let you continue using a different colour.
When paired with compatible Creality RFID filament, the system reads filament information and applies the settings automatically, without requiring manual setup. Sensors also monitor each spool during use.
Multi-Colour Printing and Reduced Waste
Connect up to four CFS units to support prints with up to 16 colours, without manually changing filament during the job. The CFS-C features an external cutter and buffer for compatible printer setups. Its external filament waste path is designed to reduce purge-related waste and help keep the print area cleaner.
Filament Storage and Monitoring
The enclosed filament compartment helps protect materials from moisture, while internal environmental monitoring helps you keep track of storage conditions. The system also monitors cutter wear and can alert you when the cutter reaches its configured replacement threshold.
Compatibility
The CFS-C is compatible with the Creality K1 Max 2025, K1C 2025, K1 Max, K1C, K1 and K1 SE. Colour-printing upgrades on supported models may require a firmware update.
