Delivery Information
TopMarket ships orders throughout Israel and abroad. The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the order weight, and is shown before payment.
Delivery in Israel
- Courier to your door: ₪30
- Orders from ₪3,000: free delivery
- Pickup from 5 Ahad Ha'am St., Netanya: free, once we let you know the order is ready
Most orders in Israel arrive within up to 7 business days of payment and order confirmation. Deliveries run Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00. For remote or restricted areas we may offer an alternative method, such as Israel Post.
International delivery
We ship to all countries. The cost depends on the total weight of the order:

Taxes, customs duties and import fees in the destination country are set by its laws and are not included in the shipping cost. Delivery time abroad depends on the destination; we will confirm it after the order is placed.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
TopMarket operates in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Right to Cancel
Customers may cancel eligible purchases within the timeframes permitted by law, provided that:
- The product has not been used.
- The product has not been damaged.
- The product is returned in its original condition.
- The original packaging is retained.
The original packaging serves as evidence that the product has not been used.
Product Returns
For eligible products, returns may be requested within 30 days from the date the product was received by the customer, subject to the provisions of Israeli law.
Opening the original packaging alone is not considered use of the product. However, connecting a product to electricity, water, gas, or otherwise operating it may be considered use and may affect eligibility for return.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed according to the requirements of applicable consumer protection regulations.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, less any charges permitted by law.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products and services may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund according to Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations. These restrictions will apply where required by law.
