Delivery Information
At TopMarket, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and professional delivery service throughout Israel.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to most locations across Israel, and there is also an option for international delivery. In certain remote or restricted areas, courier delivery may not be available, and alternative delivery methods may be offered.
Delivery Methods
Orders can be delivered by:
- Courier service directly to your address
- Israel Post (where applicable)
- Self-collection from our warehouse by prior arrangement
Self-Collection
Customers may collect orders free of charge from our warehouse after receiving confirmation that the order is ready for pickup.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within up to 7 business days from payment approval and order confirmation.
Delivery is performed on business days only:
- Sunday–Thursday
- Between 08:00 and 17:00
While we make every effort to meet the stated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Standard delivery within Israel: ₪30
- Orders above ₪3,000 qualify for free shipping (unless otherwise stated on the product page)
The applicable shipping cost is displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
TopMarket operates in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Right to Cancel
Customers may cancel eligible purchases within the timeframes permitted by law, provided that:
- The product has not been used.
- The product has not been damaged.
- The product is returned in its original condition.
- The original packaging is retained.
The original packaging serves as evidence that the product has not been used.
Product Returns
For eligible products, returns may be requested within 14 days from the date the product was received by the customer, subject to the provisions of Israeli law.
Opening the original packaging alone is not considered use of the product. However, connecting a product to electricity, water, gas, or otherwise operating it may be considered use and may affect eligibility for return.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed according to the requirements of applicable consumer protection regulations.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, less any charges permitted by law.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products and services may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund according to Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations. These restrictions will apply where required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
