Law on Consumer Protection
The consumer may terminate the contract in accordance with paragraphs (1) and (7), provided that the cancellation of the contract of sale will be provided to return the goods to the warehouse of the dealer, provided that the product is not damaged and is not used by the buyer. Item must be returned in their original packaging.
Return of products or groups of products referred to in paragraphs 1 - 6 and 23 carried out within 14 days of receipt of products by the buyer.
According to items 1 - 6 and 23, the opening of the original packaging of the goods is not in itself considered to be the fact of its use. Connections to Electrical goods network, gas and water supply is the fact that the use of the goods.
